Although we specialize in Project Developments we also supply Full Design Services for private clients Custom homes and Developer Spec Homes.
Our team works as an extension of yours, successfully collaborating as one unit with Builders, Developers, Architects, Marketing Companies and Home Owners. We Stay true to our innovative process and collectively approach every new project as an exciting and creative opportunity. It is our objective to bring accessible quality appointed design details to each and every project.

Meet the Team
The CDS rebranded 6 years ago, and it has been steadily growing since then. Our office area has also evolved – from the tiny space we shared, using our boardroom table as a desk, to the expansive 4,500 sq. ft., which include our own warehouse, we inhabit today.
Our growth over the past 6 years has secured a quality team and we are confident with our process and quality of work. We are more than co-workers, we are a family, we rely on each other and enjoy spending time together – we take an annual trip together to ensure continuous inspiration and team-building!

Donna Russell
Principal Owner | Designer
Donna has been in the Interior Design field for over 25 years. Her relationships and work ethic have gained her a name in the industry for quality of work and transparency. Donna believes that if you build a skilled team around you, it will only make you stronger as an individual.
Hilary Stoddard
Design Director | DID
Hilary leads and coordinates the Interior Design and Furnishing teams with The Collaborative Design Studio. She has over 15 years experience in the design and architectural field with specialization in multi families, commercial and hospitality.
Julie Gaudet
Senior Interior Designer | RID
Julie leads and coordinates multi-family projects with CDS. She enjoys focusing on the more technical aspects of design, and loves space planning the most. She prides herself on her excellent communication and organizational skills that help keep projects on track. She has a number of years of experience in commercial design, and a background in fine arts.
Jordan McLeod
Interior Designer
Jordan has been with Donna’s team since 2015. She leads and coordinates Single Family and Multi Family projects. Jordan’s work ethic, customer service and management experience has gained her the reputation of being the “nuts and bolts” of our studio.
Luba Mochev
Interior Designer | DID
Luba brings a wide variety of skills to the Collaborative Design Studio. Along with her Interior Design education, she has experience in office administration, customer service and is also a Registered Nutritionist. Luba has a great eye for detail and enjoys helping clients make their vision into a reality.
Alanna Miller
Interior Design Assistant | Inventory Specialist
Alanna provides invaluable assistance to the team at the Collaborative Design Studio by helping out with installations, finishes boards and administration. Her eye for detail and organization keeps the team and warehouse ready for all installations.
Aditi Sehgal
interior designer | BID
Aditi has always had a passion for working in the design field. Her main focus at the Collaborative Design Studio is preparing construction documentation for multi-family projects. Aditi has strong technical skills and believes in the union of form and functionality when space planning.
Kendra Clayton
Junior Interior Designer | DID
Kendra is the CDS’s newest employee. With a keen eye for design and the quick brain of a 20 year old, she aids the staff in quickly and precisely executed drawing and specification packages, as well as furnishing installations.
Annie Collins
procurement Manager
Annie does a little bit of everything, but primarily facilitates the procurement for all of our Custom and Display Homes furnishings. She brings her love of design (both fashion and interiors) to the studio, and keeps everyone on track with her efficiency and attention to detail.
Shelley Briglio
Controller | administrative manager
Shelley oversees the day to day operations of the studio, and has since 2005. Her attention to detail and organization has allowed Donna to flourish and expand in the creative field. Her role and organization is very important when completing the design of our projects and display home installations.
Yvonne Hebein
accountant
Yvonne has been with CDS since the beginning. She is our behind-the-scenes Bean Counter and an intricate part of the Company.
Artie
volunteer | morale booster
Although Artie only works part-time and cannot be relied upon for punctuality, he is a great morale booster and brings a lot of joy to the office. He does his best to follow instructions and he puts his all into every task.
