THE PROCESS

PRELIMINARY MEETING FOR PROJECT OVERVIEW

We meet with your designated project team to review the project. Discuss budget, timelines, consumer profile, comparable competitive standard offerings and upgrades.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

The Design Team will then collaborate to bring all their creative ideas to the project. A conceptual Design Concept will be presented in a Power Point format with proposed colour schemes, finishes, fixtures and sketch up renderings.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Based on the approval of the Design Concept, finishes, fixtures and furnishings will be selected based on the scope of work and consumer profile for the project.

DOCUMENTATION OF SPECIFICATIONS

Once you have signed off on the Specifications and Design we document the details of all specifications into a manual with cut sheets and Auto CAD drawings. This manual has been specifically developed with construction execution in mind. Samples and/or Construction boards will then be coded, labeled and assembled for easy reference.

PROCUREMENT (IF REQUIRED)

Furniture layouts millwork designs and Design Concepts will be presented for approval. Procurement of furnishings will be completed and installed.

ADMINISTRATION (IF REQUIRED)

An itemized spreadsheet will be completed with reconciled receipts attached for your records for all purchases and services.
